2013 Policies
The registration fee is $20.00 for all students, $10 after that for multiple siblings. First and last months tuition is due at the time of registration. Tuition is due at the first class of each month. A $10 late fee will be applied to tuition not paid by the 10th of the month. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note that payments made are non-refundable. This includes tuition, shoes, tights, costumes, tickets, etc. All balances must be up to date before a child will be permitted to perform in the recital.
The bounced check fee is $15.00. Once a check bounces, payments will only be accepted in cash.
If a class is missed for illness or a school closing, a make up class will be available within one month of the missed class. Any religious observances resulting in a missed class will entitle the student to a make-up class. There is no make up for vacation days. All the days were taken into account when the monthly tuition price was established. Please call the studio in cases of inclement weather. A recorded message will be available by 2:30pm on weekdays and by 9:00am on Saturdays.
Appropriate attire must be worm. Hair must be secured in a bun or pony tail. No baggy clothes, jeans or pajama pants can be worn.
Punctual and consistent attendance is required of all students.
Please do not interrupt the class for any reason. Meetings with teachers can be arranged before or after class time.
Costume prices range from $70-$85 dollars depending on the class. COSTUME EXCHANGES WILL COST $20. Parents MUST check all costume sizes before any costumes are ordered.
There is no food or beverages allowed in the studio. Dancers may only bring bottled water to class.
Cell phones must be off or on silent.
Queens Dance Project reserves the right to cancel and/or change class times, days or teachers.
Please keep your child home if they are showing signs of sickness. We want to keep everyone healthy and happy! QDP reserves the right to deny entrance to any child who appears to be too sick to participate in class.
