Pole dancing provides a unique, high-intensity workout set to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and perfect those feminine movements -- you know the ones. In this Pole Fitness class, you’ll learn the fundamentals behind pole dancing, such as conditioning exercises and strength training (you’re going to get toned!), before taking to the pole and operating turns, tricks, and spins destined to impress anyone including yourself!

FAQ What do I need to wear? Shorts so you can grip the pole easily, tank top or sports bra. The class is barefoot.
I'm not very strong, will I be able to do anything? Yes! It is our job to teach you how to do the moves properly. Your strength will build during the class. You can do it!
I'm very shy. Will I feel uncomfortable? We hope not! We try to break our student out of their shells. The dimly lit room (see pic above) allows for you too feel more at ease and ready to dance
