COMPANY MEETING

COMPANY GUIDELINES
The QDP Dance Company consists of 4 divisions. Each division must follow
strict policies in regard to attendance, punctuality and attire. All company
members are required to compete in regional competitions 2-3 times per
year. A dance convention, fund raising and community event are also
planned throughout the year.

All company members must arrive no later than 10 minutes before their
scheduled class time.

No more than 3 absences are allowed in any technique class. More than 3
absences will result in termination from that specific routine. Please call the
studio in the case of an absence.

The following attire will be worn:

Ballet/Pointe/Lyrical: Leotard, tights, ballet or lyrical shoes

Jazz: Leotard, tights or dance pants, jazz shoes

Tap: Leotard or tank top, tights or dance pants, tap shoes

Modern: Leotard, tights

Hip Hop: Comfortable dance clothes. No jeans or pajama pants please!

A student will not be allowed into class without the appropriate attire.
Warm ups and shorts may be worn over tights. Please see the QDP catalog
for acceptable attire.

All QDP Dance Company members should act in a responsible, motivated
and hard-working manner.
