        he kid's yoga class is jam packed with fun using games, stories, crafts and imagination to help children develop a yoga practice. Research has shown that children who practice yoga have better coordination, strength and flexibility of both body and mind. They are better able to regulate their emotions, focus, relax and exhibit more self control than those who do not. At Queens Dance Project our mission is to teach children how to improve themselves and their self- esteem by incorporating new healthy habits into their lives, enabling them to achieve their greatest potential.
