Shimmy on down! You’ll learn a variety of sensual dance moves in this introductory belly dancing course, perfect for absolute beginners. Practice isolations, shimmies, undulations and other classic belly dancing moves. You’ll learn to incorporate your shoulders, arms, back and hips in each sequence to gain muscular strength and fiery sex appeal. Develop your inner rhythm while improving stamina, flexibility and control across the floor. Dance yourself to the best body of your life!

FAQ What do I need to wear? Leggings and a tank top or other comfortable workout clothing. Hip Scarves are recommended but not necessary.
Do I need experience? No, our instructor Daniela can instruct a group of multilevel dancers using the simple layering technique. This technique allows beginners students to learn at a comfortable pace, while more advanced students can add various body parts to get a more intense workout.
